Dr. Nkendong founded Desert Bolt Behavioral LLC in North Phoenix. Desert Bolt Behavioral is a licensed outpatient treatment center where he provides direct patient care, allowing individuals to receive the necessary support and treatment for their mental health needs. Moreover, he has collaborated with various organizations, including the Ministry of Public Health in Cameroon, to bring mental health services to underserved populations in third-world countries.
